Big Belly Bins

Since early June 2020, we have five Big Belly rubbish bins in our district. The hopper has a touchless opening feature via foot pedal, there is a separate receptacle for cigarette butts, and the compactor is powered by solar cells on the top of the bin. There is also a solar-powered transponder that generates status reports on the compactor functioning and level of fullness of the bin. We are able to track these reports using a program interface that will be linked below.
