Meet Jake
At the 9 September 2020 DPCBD Board meeting, Jake Levinson was unanimously elected President of the Board. A native San Franciscan who grew up in the City and in Marin and who was approved as a DPCBD Board member in January 2019, Jake is enthusiastic about working on neighborhood improvements. A commercial real estate agent, he wants to build on the current energy in the community focused on business recruitment and retention. Furthermore, he looks forward to recruiting new Board members keen on adding aesthetic components to Discover Polk, such as decorative crosswalks and seasonal lighting. “Increase in property values and quality of life, decrease in vacancies is the target,” says Jake.
