Founded in 2012, CrossFit Golden Gate is one of San Francisco’s oldest CrossFit gyms and offers group and private fitness classes in the heart of San Francisco. Our focus is a strength and conditioning program for people of all fitness levels. Our programming is scalable and perfect for anyone regardless of age, ability, and experience. CrossFit is proven to be an effective way to get leaner, stronger, and more fit and when combined with optimal nutrition, there’s no better way to reach your health and fitness goals. CrossFit Golden Gate hosts a clean state of the art facility in the heart of San Francisco with the best equipment, parking, and over 6000 square feet of indoor space for fierce workouts. We are proud to offer over 20 squat racks, climbing ropes, a diverse array of cardio machines, four weightlifting platforms equipped with jerk blocks, kilo plates and everything you need to pursue your strength and fitness gains. We also utilize our surrounding areas for dragging sleds, pushing prowlers, and sprinting. We are committed to helping each and every one of our athletes achieve optimal health and fitness. We strive to develop a challenging curriculum that educates and inspires our athletes to grow physically and mentally. We work very closely to build individual plans and programs that help our athletes crush their fitness goals.
