With the entire state of California under shelter-in-place restrictions, we are called to adapt to a new “normal.” We in the Discover Polk District are very fortunate to have a number of essential businesses that continue to serve our community. Some restaurants are open limited hours for to go orders or delivery, pharmacies, hardware and liquor stores are open as well, LeBeau grocery is open and well-stocked with fresh produce and staples. We have compiled a list of purveyors who are open and will monitor their status and hours. Please remember to respect the “social distance” rule of 6 feet from each other, wear disposable gloves when shopping if possible, and stay home if you are unwell. Face masks are recommended, and home made masks are preferred.
