Discover Polk CBD will attract businesses to vacant buildings, address homelessness, keep our neighborhood clean, reduce crime, act as a public forum and city liaison, and coordinate marketing efforts to help local businesses and residents. It will enable business and property owners to take a leadership role in improving the quality and character of economic growth in our neighborhood.

Will it happen overnight? Of course not! It will take time and organized effort, the kind of effort individuals cannot exercise on their own. That’s why we formed the Discover Polk CBD.  Services are scheduled to begin in the early Spring of 2019.
